Lorraine Slipper

Lorraine Slipper is a copy-editor and proofreader. She started her editorial career in 2004, having completed Basic Proofreading (now Essential Proofreading) with the PTC. Lorraine mainly works on academic textbooks covering law, music and linguistics - although she’s sometimes lucky to get to work on craft books.

Lorraine has been a proofreading and copy-editing tutor with the CIEP since 2017 and now tutors students on the PTC's Essential Proofreading course.
